30 Day Ab Challenge

So I saw online that someone is doing something called "30 Day Ab Challenge".  Self explanatory right?  For those who are not good with the.. brains, you start the month off doing an assortment of exercises and likely the numbers or "repetitions" are low.  As the month progresses the reps should be increased and at the end of the month you should be doing a whole lot more than you did in the beginning. 

EDIT:  This is not meant to turn a fatty (me) into Brad Pitt (not me). 

This is simply to get myself in better shape, hopefully get my core a little stronger and trim some of the fat.  I make no promises that I reach the end of the month goal, but I sure as shit will try.  I use to be skinny...  I was never a 6 pack guy, but I was skinny and I liked that.  I don't think I am really overweight but I definitely have some belly fat to get rid of and I am not interested in eating only vegetables for the rest of my life, I'd rather drive off a bridge than cut out my favorite foods. 

There are many versions of this challenge, I am assuming people just do what they think suits them... So I looked at one that I liked and tweaked it just a bit.  Here it is below...
